If you haven't already booked a venue, we source and tour options that fit your vision, guest count, and budget. From there, we vet and recommend photographers, florists, caterers, and every other vendor your day needs, and handle the outreach, negotiations, and contracts directly.

We build and manage a detailed line-item budget so you always know where your money is going, plus a full planning timeline that keeps every decision — from save-the-dates to final vendor payments — on schedule from booking through your wedding day.

As your wedding gets closer, we finalize florals, rentals, stationery, lighting, and every decor detail, coordinating directly with vendors so your vision comes together exactly as planned — without you having to manage a dozen separate vendor threads yourself.

About a month out, we confirm every vendor, build your minute-by-minute wedding day timeline, and run your rehearsal so everyone — your wedding party, your officiant, your family — knows exactly what happens and when, well before the day itself.

On the day itself, our team is on-site from setup through breakdown, managing every vendor and moving part so you, your partner, and your families can just be present. You focus on getting married and celebrating — we handle everything else.
